Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Teddy Hartman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugh DeMann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hartman scores with a body shot.
Hartman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hartman shoots for a double leg takedown but DeMann sprawls well. He's pushed Hartman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Hartman tries to close the distance and clinch but DeMann swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Hartman looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

DeMann shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Hartman is breathing heavily.
DeMann takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
DeMann thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hartman's head.

DeMann is trying to stick to Hartman's back but Hartman is turning into DeMann . He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in DeMann 's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Hartman.

DeMann is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

DeMann pushes a forearm under Hartman's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Hartman is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
