Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kanki Onki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aurini God Emperor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). God Emperor has chosen The Tragically Hip - Locked In The Trunk Of A Car as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kanki Onki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Aurini God Emperor!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Eddie Farnsworth and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Onki shoots in for a takedown but God Emperor shows good takedown defense.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from God Emperor is defended easily by Onki.
God Emperor lands a head shot.
God Emperor throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Onki's waist but Onki gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing God Emperor off to one side.
God Emperor fails with a takedown attempt.
Kanki Onki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aurini God Emperor.
God Emperor fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
God Emperor throws a head kick that half lands.
Onki tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but God Emperor paws at him with a jab and circles away.
God Emperor closes the distance and clinches up with Onki, looking for a takedown. God Emperor pushes Onki against the cage but Onki circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Onki fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but God Emperor is out of range.
God Emperor looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Onki is fending him off so far but God Emperor persists. Nope, Onki circles away and we're back to standing.
God Emperor throws a wild body kick that Onki sees coming a mile off.

God Emperor closes this distance looking for a takedown but Onki circles away.
Onki pulls out of a head kick attempt.
God Emperor fails with the takedown
and Onki counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Onki stands up from God Emperor's guard - Onki perhaps looking for a knockout.
God Emperor gets caught napping as Onki dives in and scores a takedown. God Emperor manages to retain guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
God Emperor can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Onki controls the pace.
Onki wants to control from the top but God Emperor keeps moving.
Onki postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

God Emperor wants to sweep here but Onki controlling him for the moment.
God Emperor wants to stand and escape but Onki is having none of it.
Onki is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Kanki Onki just wasn't active enough.
Onki shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

God Emperor is in a horrible position here. Onki smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Onki is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. God Emperor can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

God Emperor gets caught flat footed, as Onki shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
God Emperor can't keep his opponent in guard - Onki advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Onki is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
God Emperor is trying to control but can't.
Onki wants to stand up but God Emperor is controlling the position.
God Emperor looks like he's trying to stand up.
Onki has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Onki wants to control the pace but God Emperor is squirming around nicely.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Onki here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

God Emperor takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Onki wants to control the action but instead God Emperor gets a body lock and reverses into Onki's guard! Nice work!

God Emperor is fighting to break Onki's control of his arms but Onki is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kanki Onki.
Onki stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Onki wants it to stay on the feet.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
God Emperor misses with a takedown attempt - Onki sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Onki moves in looking to clinch but God Emperor pushes him off.

Kanki Onki is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Onki leaves God Emperor with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Oh but Onki is tightening it up a little... God Emperor has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! God Emperor reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! God Emperor taps out! Nice BJJ there by Onki!
