The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lajza feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Gabbiani's calf.
Gabbiani thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gabbiani connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Gabbiani avoids the head kick by Lajza.
Lajza lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Lajza doesn't manage to clinch there - Gabbiani circles away.
Gabbiani keeps the fight on the outside.
Lajza tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gabbiani paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gabbiani shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lajza as he jumps to the side.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looks like Setzer Gabbiani has been cut.

Lajza creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Gabbiani! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Lajza.
