The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahmadaliev gets tackled into the cage by Adams. Adams maintains the clinch.
Adams tightens his grip and picks Ahmadaliev up, before dumping him to the ground. Ahmadaliev manages to land in guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Adams is taking a breather. Ahmadaliev says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Marcus Adams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Adams connects with a bit shot that sees Ahmadaliev covering up! More strikes from Adams and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Adams is our winner by TKO!

A relieved looking Marcus Adams thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
