Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Born (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, George Austin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kevin Born!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Austin tries to clinch but Born moves out of range.

Austin clinches with his opponent.
Austin lands a body shot in the clinch.
Still in the clinch, Austin scores with a nice short uppercut.
Born jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Austin walks away with a smile on his face. Born gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Austin doesn't manage to clinch there - Born circles away.
Born avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Austin looks to clinch

and Born counters with a shoot takedown. Austin fights it but they end up in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Born wants to pass the guard but Austin is keeping the position.
Born seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Austin is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Austin is working an open guard so Born takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Born tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Austin tries to clinch up.
Austin tries to clinch up but Born circles away and keeps his distance.
Austin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Born swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Austin moves to clinch but Born breaks away

and Born counters with a takedown into side control.
Austin is trying to escape the position but Born is controlling the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Austin is pushing Born's head away, looking to escape. Born manages to hold on to the position though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Born in side control, just content to control the action for now.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Kevin Born wasn't active enough on the ground.
Austin moves in looking to clinch but Born pushes him off.
Austin looks to clinch

and Born counters with a nice double leg into side control. Austin won't be happy with that.
Austin prevents Born from improving position.

Austin wants to get back to his feet.
Born takes a little break here. Austin wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Born has an Americana. Austin didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Born is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Born hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
