Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nicky Mazzio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Borislav Chazinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mazzio comes to the cage accompanied by Thunderstruck AC / DC. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Russell Pearce and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mazzio avoids a punch combination nicely.
Chazinski swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mazzio holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Chazinski is trying to break the clinch but Mazzio is controlling him.
Chazinski lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mazzio backwards.
The referee is keeping an eye on Mazzio - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Mazzio is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Mazzio is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Chazinski is defending well.
Mazzio has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Chazinski is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nicky Mazzio. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Chazinski wants to break the clinch but can't.

Chazinski misses with a short punch on the inside.
Chazinski wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Chazinski is trying to push Mazzio away but Mazzio has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Chazinski tries to circle away but Mazzio has him pinned against the cage.
Mazzio has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Chazinski avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Mazzio tries for a takedown but Chazinski manages to get underhooks.

Chazinski has had enough of the clinch but Mazzio keeps him there for the moment.
Mazzio has a couple of punches blocked by Chazinski.
Chazinski jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mazzio walks away with a smile on his face. Chazinski gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Chazinski tries to bum rush Mazzio with a series of wild strikes but Mazzio uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Chazinski stuffs the takedown.
Nice uppercut lands for Chazinski. That snapped Mazzio's head back.
It looks like Nicky Mazzio has been cut.
A jab-cross combination lands for Chazinski and sends Mazzio crashing to the mat! Chazinski follows him down to the mat - Mazzio regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Mazzio is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Chazinski stands up from half guard.
Oh Mazzio is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Chazinski engages and cracks Mazzio with a massive lead left hook - Mazzio tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Chazinski is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Borislav Chazinski!
After the fight, Borislav Chazinski was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
