Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dreiko Lao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fredrik Kangas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lao comes to the cage accompanied by DMX - Lord give me a sign. Kangas has chosen Slayer - Raning Blood as his entrance music. Fredrik Kangas is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lao avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lao fails with a takedown attempt.

Kangas changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lao looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Lao takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Kangas wants to control but Lao is keeping him busy.

Kangas is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lao is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Lao is looking to reverse the position.

Lao throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Kangas because Lao loaded up on that one.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Kangas prevents Lao from getting the reversal.

That was a close second round but I would say that Dreiko Lao will probably get the nod.

Kangas closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Kangas is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Kangas working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Kangas seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lao does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kangas connects with a nice short shot to Lao's temple.

Well Kangas has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
