The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zamolxis moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Zamolxis misses with a wild body shot.
Zamolxis digs a good body shot into Hendo's ribs.
Hendo moves forwards but Zamolxis connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Hendo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Zamolxis counters with a right hand to the body.
Hendo fails with the takedown
letting Zamolxis counter with a right hand.

Hendo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Hendo is pushing down on Zamolxis's leg trying to pass to half guard. Zamolxis is fighting to maintain full guard but Hendo has managed to sneak the leg through.
Hendo moves into full mount! Zamolxis won't be happy about that!
Hendo mounts Zamolxis! Really nice guard pass there!

Hendo quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Hendo but it's paid off an Zamolxis is forced to tap! Nice work by Hendo.
