Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Almer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harold Buck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almer fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Buck has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
A looping hook to the body misses from Almer. Buck does a little dance to reset his feet.
Buck ducks under a wild hook from Almer.
Buck displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Almer throws out the jab.
Buck shoots in for a double leg but Almer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Buck shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Buck has a takedown stuffed.
Thiago Almer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harold Buck.
Buck shoots in but Almer avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Buck closes this distance looking for a takedown but Almer circles away.
Buck shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Buck ducks under a wild hook from Almer.
Almer throws a nice outside leg kick.
Buck blocks the body kick.
Almer cracks Buck with an open hand slap.
Almer lands with a shot to the body.

Almer throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Buck tries to move into range but Almer moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Buck uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Almer.
Almer looks to throw the jab but Buck is out of range.

Almer fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Buck.
Almer swings for the body but Buck moves out of range.
Almer lands with a kick to the ribs.
Buck throws a hook to the side of Almer's head but Almer sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Almer cracks the inside of Buck's front leg.

Almer misses the shot to the body.

Buck drives through with a takedown into Almer's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Almer can't keep his opponent in guard - Buck advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Buck is looking for a kimura but Almer is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Buck to get the leverage.
Buck works his way into full mount!
Almer keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Buck swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Almer is now in Buck's guard. A big mistake from Buck there, giving up the dominant position!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Buck looking for a triangle here. Almer is fighting it but it looks tight! Buck pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Almer is tapping out - this one is all over!
