Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marti Kornas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baby Dragonfly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Marti Kornas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Baby Dragonfly!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kornas just misses with a punch to the body.
Kornas throws a leg kick that misses.
A combination from Kornas does no damage.
Kornas slaps away a takedown attempt from Dragonfly, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Kornas's jab looks to have found its range, popping Dragonfly under the eye.
Dragonfly fails with a takedown attempt.
Kornas throws a head kick but Dragonfly moves out of range.
Kornas connects with a crisp jab.
Kornas cracks Dragonfly with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Kornas scores with a jab to the body.
Kornas dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Dragonfly. That did some damage!

Dragonfly closes the distance and clinches.

Dragonfly turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Dragonfly manages to end up in side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Dragonfly has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Dragonfly showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kornas.
Kornas looks to land a combination but Dragonfly avoids it well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dragonfly moves in looking to clinch but Kornas pushes him off.
Dragonfly tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kornas sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dragonfly somewhat.
Marti Kornas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baby Dragonfly.
Kornas wants to clinch.
Dragonfly shoots in for a takedown but Kornas shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Kornas pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dragonfly dodges the punch combination from Kornas.
Dragonfly shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kornas as he jumps to the side.
Dragonfly is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kornas sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Kornas lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Kornas rushes Dragonfly and presses him up against the cage.
Kornas lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Dragonfly goes for a takedown in the clinch but Kornas prevents it.
A left hand lands to the body for Kornas.

Kornas breaks from the clinch.
Kornas misses with a body kick.
Kornas throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Kornas throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Dragonfly tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Kornas lands with a straight right. Dragonfly didn't see that one coming.
Kornas comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kornas stalks Dragonfly and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dragonfly's face. Dragonfly staggers backwards, shaken.

Kornas thuds his shin into the meat of Dragonfly's side.
Nice uppercut lands for Kornas. That snapped Dragonfly's head back.
Kornas goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Kornas throws a right and a left that Dragonfly avoids nicely.
Kornas stuns Dragonfly with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Kornas darts in and clinches Dragonfly up against the cage.

Kornas breaks from the clinch.
Kornas looks to land a combination. Dragonfly sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Dragonfly is rocked!
Dragonfly is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Kornas just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Dragonfly has gone limp and this one is over!
