The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson thows a body shot but no joy.
Sigeberht fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Thompson lands with a shot to the body.
Thompson lands a jab to the head.
Thompson lands a lovely overhand right.
Sigeberht steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Thompson.
Sigeberht shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Thompson as he avoids it easily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Thompson, as that shot connected.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A jab from Thompson finds it's way through Sigeberht 's defenses.
Sigeberht misses with a takedown attempt
enabling Thompson to counter with a crisp jab.

Thompson throws a good cross that connects.
