Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Badr Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hulk Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Hogan's choice of entrance music: The real American. Hulk Hogan told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hogan misses with a wild combination.

Hardy takes the fight into the clinch.
Hogan wants to take the fight to the mat but Hardy manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Hardy escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nice sprawl there from Hardy as Hogan shoots in.
Hardy throws the kick towards the body but Hogan avoids it.
Nice uppercut lands for Hardy. That snapped Hogan's head back.
Hardy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hardy tries to clinch but Hogan is having none of it.
Hogan shoots for a takedown but Hardy saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Badr Hardy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hulk Hogan.
Hardy throws a head kick but Hogan moves out of range.
Hardy scores with a jab to the head.
It looks like Hulk Hogan has been cut.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Hogan.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hogan takes a little break here. Hardy wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Hogan working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hogan is working to tighten is grip on Hardy's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hardy has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Hogan is really squeezing tight and eventually Hardy passes out! Hogan breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
