Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terrance Anknet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kye Rush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terrance Anknet has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Terrance Anknet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kye Rush!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Steve Erwin and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rush fails to land the takedown.
Anknet closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Anknet thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Rush's head.
Anknet looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Rush trying to control but Anknet postures up.
Rush is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Anknet is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Rush wants to improve his position but Anknet is controlling well.
Anknet wants to work for an arm triangle but Rush is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rush trying to hold on to Anknet's head to control him but Anknet postures up.
Rush looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Rush moves into full guard.
Anknet gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Anknet misses the jab.
Anknet instigates a clinch.
Rush has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Anknet avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Rush looks gassed!
Anknet is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Rush can't fight it off and eventually Anknet manages to take the fight to the floor. Rush looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Anknet thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rush is on top in guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rush trying to control the position from guard on top but Anknet is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Anknet has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rush can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Rush postures up.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Rush postures up in Anknet's guard and throws a big left but Anknet blocks it.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rush trying to control the position from guard on top but Anknet is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Anknet controls Rush momentarily but Rush frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rush stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Anknet swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Rush in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Anknet keeping moving, preventing Rush from controlling successfully.
Rush drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Rush seems to have locked his on tight now - Anknet screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Rush, as he picks up the win!

During a confident post fight interview, Kye Rush thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
