Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Feager (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johan Blick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Feager kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is eye of the tiger. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blick shoots in but Feager avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Feager decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Feager is keen to just control but Blick is a slippery customer.
Blick tries to get to full guard but Feager has control of the leg.
Feager wants to stand but Blick has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Feager is looking for a kimura but Blick is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Feager to get the leverage.
Feager is thwarting Blick's attempts to control the position.
It looks like Feager is going to stand back up.
Feager wants to free his trapped foot but Blick is holding on for dear life with his legs.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Blick changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Feager looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Feager manages to work his way to half guard, despite Blick's best efforts.
Feager is looking to get back to full guard here but Blick has managed to pass to side control instead.
Feager wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.

Blick is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Feager knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Feager for a finish.
