Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Freddie Finkelstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wacky Chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Freddie Finkelstein is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wacky Chan!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finkelstein misses with an uppercut.
Chan looks gassed!
Finkelstein throws a body punch but Chan moves out of range.
Chan just misses with a punch to the body.
Finkelstein throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Finkelstein could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Finkelstein throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Chan tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Finkelstein is in Chan's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Finkelstein will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Chan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Finkelstein. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Chan has hold of Finkelstein's hands but Finkelstein slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Finkelstein cracks Chan with an elbow. That is naaassty.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Finkelstein connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Chan some visible discomfort.
Finkelstein cracks Chan with a big right hand but Chan just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Finkelstein throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Chan's waist but Chan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Finkelstein off to one side.

Finkelstein throws a hook to the side of Chan's head but Chan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Finkelstein shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chan as he jumps to the side.

Finkelstein has an Americana. Chan didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Finkelstein is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Finkelstein hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
