The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kwiatkowski closes the distance and pushes Fischson back into the cage.

Fischson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Fischson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Fischson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fischson tries to get out of the position.
Kwiatkowski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fischson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Dariusz Kwiatkowski hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

and Kwiatkowski counters with a stiff right hand.
Kwiatkowski doesn't manage to clinch there - Fischson circles away.
Fischson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kwiatkowski.
Fischson get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Fischson stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Kwiatkowski runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
