The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgecombe checks a low kick from Bossman.

Bossman lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
A head kick misses from Bossman.
Bossman throws a lazy right hand but Edgecombe sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Bossman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Bossman connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Edgecombe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Edgecombe feints and then cracks Bossman's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bossman down.
Bossman thows a body shot but no joy.
Edgecombe on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Bossman clobbers Edgecombe with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Bossman is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Edgecombe is controlling him.

Edgecombe drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Edgecombe jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Edgecombe wants to control from the top but Bossman keeps moving.

Bossman is looking for a triangle but Edgecombe pushes his legs off easily.

We're going to have a standup here because Buck Edgecombe wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Edgecombe takes a kick to the side of the head.
Edgecombe avoids a kick to the body.
Edgecombe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bossman moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Edgecombe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bossman pinned against the cage. Bossman gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buck Edgecombe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Edgecombe chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bossman can pounce on him.

Sagat Bossman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The fight stays on the outside here - Edgecombe looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bossman cracks Edgecombe with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

and Bossman counters with a nice leg kick.
Edgecombe shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bossman as he jumps to the side.
Bossman throws a nice looking combination but Edgecombe bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Buck Edgecombe is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bossman fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Bossman throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Edgecombe stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Bossman drops Edgecombe with a beautiful combination! Edgecombe stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Bossman is looking for the KO!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bossman lands a big right hand that sends Edgecombe crashing to the mat! Bossman stays standing though and waves Edgecombe back to his feet!

Edgecombe is rocked!
Bossman lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Bossman drops Edgecombe with a naaaaasty hook - Edgecombe is in real trouble here! Bossman dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
