Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jackson Lewis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tom Croft!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Donatello Bradman and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Croft stuffs the takedown.
Croft misses with a takedown

and Lewis counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Croft is holding on to half guard well.
Lewis thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Croft's head.

Croft makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Lewis gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Croft stands and throws Lewis's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Lewis throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.

Croft decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Croft rushes Lewis and presses him up against the cage.
Lewis misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Lewis tries to throw a body punch but Croft avoids it by throwing Lewis back against the cage.
Croft drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lewis gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Croft pulls guard.
Lewis preventing the sweep.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Croft managing to control the position.
Croft bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lewis's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Croft is pushing down on Lewis's leg trying to pass to half guard. Lewis is fighting to maintain full guard but Croft has managed to sneak the leg through.

Croft is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Lewis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Croft on the ground.
Croft prevents Lewis from standing back up.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Croft throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Lewis actively working from the bottom here.
Croft is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Croft cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Croft pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Croft controlling the pace for now.
Lewis is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.

Croft working for a submission but Lewis is keeping him at bay.
A nice elbow there by Croft.

Croft can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lewis is looking to escape.
Croft raining down hammerfists from mount.
Croft landing punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Croft controlling the pace for now.
Lewis is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Croft working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Lewis on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lewis tries to get out of the position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Croft jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Lewis manages to avoid the submission attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tom Croft dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Croft closes the distance and clinches up with Lewis, looking for a takedown. Croft pushes Lewis against the cage but Lewis circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
No luck for Lewis with that takedown attempt.
Croft tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Lewis counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Croft's guard now.

Croft looking for a triangle here. Lewis is fighting it but it looks tight! Croft pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Lewis is tapping out - this one is all over!
