Perkins manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Win on his heels. He'll look to pass Win 's guard now, I'm sure.
Win looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Win really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Perkins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Perkins lands a big shot there that rocks Win but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
