Spar has chosen i Get Knocked Down, But i Get Up Again as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Spar lands but Ames takes it in his stride.
Ames lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A swing and a miss from Ames.
Spar connects with a nice looking jab.
An inside leg kick from Ames misses.
Spar misses with a looping left.
Ames lands a nice hook to Spar's body. Spar takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Ames throws a low kick but it's checked well by Spar.
Ames fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ames throws a head kick that misses.
Ames throws a shot from downtown. Spar moves away and avoids it.
Spar tries to land a front kick but Ames steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Ames takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
A jab lands there for Ames.
Ames keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Spar.
Spar lands a high kick!

Spar walks into a stiff left hand from Ames.
Nice shot lands for Ames.
Ames pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A head kick misses from Spar.
Ames fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Spar.
Spar swings away with a leg kick that misses.
A jab from Spar misses.
Ames takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Ringo Spar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A nice inside leg kick there by Spar. That's going to slow Ames down.
Ames looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Spar shoots for a double leg takedown but Ames sprawls well. He's pushed Spar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ames lands a jab to the head.
Ames showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Spar.

Spar throws a head kick that misses
and Ames counters with a good low kick that Spar was not able to check.
Spar looks gassed!
Spar dodges the punch combination from Ames.
Spar takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Ames cracks Spar with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ames has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Spar to stand back up!

Spar is rocked!

It looks like Ringo Spar has been cut.
Ames flashes Spar a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Spar's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Spar crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Ames punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
