The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harlamov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Boy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Boy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Harlamov.
Harlamov shoots in looking for a takedown but Boy manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Harlamov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Boy throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Harlamov.

Harlamov shoots in and gets a takedown into Boy's guard.
Boy keeping moving, preventing Harlamov from controlling successfully.
Harlamov won't allow Boy to sweep him here.
Harlamov stops Boy from standing up.
Boy wants to sweep but no luck.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Harlamov trying to control the position from guard on top but Boy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Harlamov drops back looking for a leg! Boy is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Boy manages to kick Harlamov off! Harlamov jumps back into Boy's guard.

Harlamov wants to work for an arm triangle but Boy is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
