Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Salin Quadi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Mink (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quadi's entrance music is Tupac - Changes. A fine choice. Mink has chosen Macho Man as his entrance music. Mike Mink will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Salin Quadi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mike Mink!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mink connects with a good right hand that stumbles Quadi. Quadi circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Horrible takedown by Quadi or perhaps it was just good defense by Mink which made him look bad.
Quadi showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Mink.
Quadi looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mink is fending him off so far but Quadi persists. Nope, Mink circles away and we're back to standing.
Quadi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mink tries to avoid it but Quadi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mink to the ground. Mink escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Salin Quadi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mink looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Quadi shoots in but Mink avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Quadi closes the distance and clinches up with Mink, looking for a takedown. Quadi pushes Mink against the cage but Mink circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Quadi slips a jab and a cross from Mink.
Mink feints a jab promting Quadi to slip. Mink then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Quadi slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Mink uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Quadi has time to react.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Quadi takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Quadi is rocked!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Quadi is defended easily by Mink.
Mink keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Quadi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mink tries to avoid it but Quadi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mink to the ground. Mink escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Salin Quadi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mink moves away from the strike by Quadi.
Mink lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Quadi moves in looking to clinch but Mink pushes him off.
Mink jabs Quadi to the body, keeping him at a distance.

and Mink counters with a crisp one two that drops Quadi! Mink thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Quadi to his feet! Quadi is in big trouble!
Oh Quadi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mink thumps Quadi with a low kick.
Quadi is breathing heavily.
Mink throws an uppercut from hell that sends Quadi clean off his feet! He's out cold! Mink stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

Mike Mink really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that [WOT] Inner Beast Nutrition And Laundry logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
