The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filipovic misses with a double jab.

Freedmen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Freedmen stuns Filipovic with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Freedmen bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Filipovic's head.
Freedmen throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Filipovic on the side of the head.
Filipovic tries to bum rush Freedmen with a series of wild strikes but Freedmen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Filipovic shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Freedmen has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Freedmen closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Filipovic quickly recovers to half guard.

Freedmen in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Filipovic tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Freedmen!
