Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Edward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cain Ramis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Edward!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 8 - 1, fighting out of London, Cain Ramis!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Ramis, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ryan Edward seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A shot to the body from Edward misses
and Ramis counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Ramis lands a right hook to the body.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Ramis, right into the meat.
Edward throws a lazy head kick
and Ramis counters with an inside leg kick.
A lazy body kick from Edward
and Ramis counters with a nice low kick that buckles Edward's knee momentarily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Edward lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ramis has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ramis and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd cheers as Ramis lands an impressive looking overhand right. Edward doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Ryan Edward has been cut.

Edward fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ramis manages to avoid it.
Edward is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Ramis bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Ramis's corner calls for a 1-2. Ramis obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Edward throws a leg kick but Ramis sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Edward throws a lazy right hand but Ramis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Edward tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ramis was well out of range. Poor timing from Edward.

Ramis ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ramis shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Edward takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Ramis swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Ramis tries to land a leg kick but Edward saw it coming and moves away.
Ramis misses with a hook.

A slapping leg kick lands for Ramis.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Edward fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ramis has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Edward moves out of range of the strikes.
Edward is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Ramis sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Edward throws a nice outside leg kick.
Ramis wants to land a leg kick but Edward is out of range.
Ramis lands with a thumping leg kick.

Ramis cracks Edward with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Edward clobbers Ramis with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Edward with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Ramis takes a swing at Edward's ribcage but misses.
Ramis throws a head kick that misses.
Ramis cracks the inside of Edward's front leg.
Ramis jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Edward throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ramis scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Edward looks to throw the jab but Ramis is out of range.

Ramis takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Ramis feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Edward's calf.
A slapping leg kick lands for Edward.
Ramis lands a nice shot that snaps Edward's head back.
Edward getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Edward. Ramis shrugs it off though.
Edward throws a nice looking combination but Ramis bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A low kick from Edward misses
and Ramis counters with a nice leg kick.
Ramis clobbers Edward with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Ramis is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Edward had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Edward takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Edward drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Ramis scores with a leg kick.
Oh Edward is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Edward tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Ramis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Ramis cracks Edward on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Edward falls backwards against the ropes. Ramis follows up with more strikes that drop Edward to his knees. Ramis keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Edward! This one is all over!
