The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boxo throws a looping overhand right but Nakamura ducks down to avoid it.
Nakamura jabs Boxo right on the nose. Boxo blinks but takes it well.

Boxo blocks a low kick nicely.
Nakamura doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
That kick from Boxo tenderised Nakamura's leg. Nakamura is trying to keep his angry face on.
Nakamura tries to score a power double leg takedown but Boxo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nakamura somewhat.
Mini Boxo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hiro Nakamura.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boxo tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Nakamura wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Boxo wants to control but Nakamura postures up.

Boxo is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Nakamura's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Nakamura's back!
Boxo is controlling the position but Nakamura somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.
Boxo tries to pass the half guard into mount. Nakamura knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Boxo moves nicely into side control.

Boxo lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Nakamura tries to score with a low kick but Boxo moves his leg out of the way.

Nakamura works the jab nicely.
Donk. Nakamura catches Boxo right on the button with a cross.

Boxo is rocked!
Nakamura looks to land a right hand but Boxo moved out of range.
Oh Boxo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nakamura comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Nakamura lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
