Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dusty WarHorse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dusty WarHorse!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mark Jones!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones closes the distance and clinches.
Jones lands a body punch.
WarHorse tries to pull guard but Jones won't allow it.
Jones wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
WarHorse jumps guard but Jones stands there with WarHorse around his waist. WarHorse gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

WarHorse breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jones is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
WarHorse misses with a two punch combination.
WarHorse feints and then cracks Jones's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Jones down.
Jones throws a nice looking combination but WarHorse bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

WarHorse manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Jones on his heels. He'll look to pass Jones's guard now, I'm sure.
WarHorse postures up in Jones's guard and throws a big left but Jones blocks it.
WarHorse is stalling in the full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jones looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Jones wants to stand and escape but WarHorse is having none of it.
WarHorse is standing up over Jones. Jones looks to escape but WarHorse dives into side control.

Jones is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
WarHorse controls the position from side control.
Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with WarHorse. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
WarHorse is looking to take a break and control but Jones is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Jones is looking to regain half guard here but WarHorse keeps moving and retains side control.
WarHorse will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Jones is not content to let WarHorse control the position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

WarHorse wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jones keeps working.
Jones is trying to get back to his feet.

WarHorse stands up and beckons Jones to his feet.
Mark Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
WarHorse misses with a head kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
WarHorse misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Jones moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Jones's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Jones duly obliges.
Jones throws a series of punches but WarHorse avoids them all with ease.
Jones throws an uppercut from half a mile away. WarHorse sees it coming and avoids it easily.
WarHorse avoids a punch combination nicely.
WarHorse dodges the punch combination from Jones.

WarHorse rushes Jones and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
WarHorse really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jones has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Jones lands with a short shot to the head.

Jones's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
WarHorse throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Jones misses with the combination.
WarHorse thumps Jones with a low kick.
A shot to the liver by Jones. Beautiful body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
WarHorse shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jones but Jones pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jones looks to land a combination but WarHorse avoids it well.

Jones moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

WarHorse moves into the clinch.
Jones tries to circle away but WarHorse has him pinned against the ropes.
WarHorse wants to get back to striking at distance but Jones won't allow it.

Jones breaks from the clinch.
Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body but WarHorse moves away.
Mark Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A nice combination there by Jones.

WarHorse clinches with his opponent.
Jones lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of WarHorse backwards.
WarHorse can't break the clinch.
Jones tries to break the clinch but WarHorse is controlling the position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

WarHorse manages to break the clinch.
Jones throws a combination that misses
and WarHorse counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
WarHorse misses with a looping left.
Jones throws a nice looking combination but WarHorse bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Mark Jones will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Jones is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Jones throws a combination. WarHorse tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Jones misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
WarHorse fails with a takedown attempt.
WarHorse showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jones.
Dusty WarHorse is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jones misses with the combination.
Jones throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
WarHorse scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Jones misses with a two punch combination.
Jones fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jones misses with a few strikes there.

WarHorse closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jones's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Jones is breathing heavily.

Jones utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
WarHorse wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving.
WarHorse stopping the sweep attempt from Jones.
WarHorse advances position into side control!
Jones is not content to let WarHorse control the position.
Jones tries to improve position but can't.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jones can do anything to dispel that myth.

WarHorse has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Jones connects with a right hand. WarHorse shakes it off.
Jones throws a right and a left that both miss.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

WarHorse has closed the distance and engaged Jones in a clinch.
Jones looking to slow down the pace here.

WarHorse pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
No joy there for Jones, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jones misses with a two punch combination.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Horrible takedown by WarHorse or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones which made him look bad.
Jones avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

WarHorse feints and as Jones raises his hands in defense, WarHorse changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jones wants to stand but WarHorse is controlling the position.
Jones looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Jones is looking to stand up but WarHorse isn't so interested in that idea.

Jones uses the ropes to get back to his feet.

WarHorse tries to move into range but Jones moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Jones tries to clinch up.
Jones throws a series of punches but WarHorse moves out of range.
Jones misses with a few strikes there.

Jones gets caught napping as WarHorse dives in and scores a takedown. Jones manages to retain guard.

WarHorse decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jones, up you get!

WarHorse scores a takedown into full mount!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, WarHorse cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

WarHorse is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Jones can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
WarHorse has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jones tries to improve his position but WarHorse has taken his back! WarHorse has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Jones tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! WarHorse pushes Jones away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Dusty WarHorse!
Our winner, Dusty WarHorse, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
