The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rumble throws out a leg kick but Gito moves out of range and Rumble only half commits.
Rumble misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gito.

Rumble feints and as Gito raises his hands in defense, Rumble changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Gito is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rumble is controlling him.
Gito is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Rumble looking to pass the guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rumble accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Rumble pushes down on Gito's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Gito is trying to get back to full guard.
Rumble is looking to take a break and control but Gito is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Rumble trying to pass the guard but Gito defending well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rumble thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Rumble working over Gito with some ground and pound. Gito looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Rumble wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gito keeps working.

Gito is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Rumble pulls his head out easily.
Rumble throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Rumble wants to take a breather but Gito is having none of it.

Rumble is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Rumble is thwarting Gito's attempts to control the position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rumble connects with a nice short shot to Gito's temple.
Gito is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Rumble scores with a couple of nice shots.
Gito is not content to let Rumble control the position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gito is looking to improve his position.
Rumble is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Gito!
Gito is looking to get to half guard.
Gito tries to lock up and control but Rumble gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Gito tries to reverse the position but Rumble maintains control.
BOOM! Rumble connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Rumble putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Gito is still in real trouble! Can Rumble finish him?
Rumble has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Rumble cracks Gito with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
