Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tim Key (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Olav Klint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Key comes to the cage accompanied by Till I Collapse - Eminem. Klint has chosen The Pixies - Tame as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tim Key!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Olav Klint!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Key misses.
Key swings for the body but Klint moves out of range.

Key closes the distance and pushes Klint back into the cage.
Klint tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Key just stands there and leans against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Key.
Key scores with a shot to the side of Klint's head.
Klint trying to stall but Key improves his position.

Key tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

and Klint counters with a single leg into guard. Key didn't expect that.

Key lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Klint!

Key swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Klint is now in Key's guard. A big mistake from Key there, giving up the dominant position!

Klint missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Klint is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Key tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Klint paws at him with a jab and circles away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Klint shoots in for a takedown but Key shows good takedown defense.
Klint circles away from the clinch attempt.
Klint shoots in but no luck this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Key's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Key throws a punch but it's blocked by Klint.

Key is fighting off a takedown attempt but Klint is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Key to the mat. Key regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Klint is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Key is trying to hold Klint in close to prevent damage but Klint has managed to pass into half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Key manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Klint postures up.
Klint content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Klint trying to control the position from guard on top but Key is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Klint stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Key swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Key wants to stand and escape but Klint is having none of it.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Key is on top in guard.

Klint looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Key tries to stand but Klint is controlling from the bottom.
Key throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Klint works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Key wants to control from the top but Klint keeps moving.
Key with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tim Key overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Klint can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Key controls the pace.

Key drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Klint dives on top into guard.
Key bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Klint's guard.

Key drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Klint dives on top into guard.

Klint has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Key to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Klint is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Key pulls down on the head and he's put Klint to sleep! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Tim Key!

After the fight, Tim Key was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
