The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliver lands with a right hand.

Barry tries to clinch but Oliver is having none of it.
Barry wants to clinch up but Oliver keeps it at a distance.
Oliver avoids the head kick by Barry.
Oliver connects with a crisp jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Barry's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Oliver connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Barry scrambles back to his feet.

Barry is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Oliver is defending well for now.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

John Oliver comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
