The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rosalia stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
A swing and a miss from Barboza.
Barboza lunges at Rosalia with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Rosalia's hand.
Barboza misses with a head kick.
Rosalia thuds his shin into the meat of Barboza's side.
Rosalia connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Barboza.
Rosalia misses with a body shot.
Barboza tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Jose Barboza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barboza takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rosalia lands a glancing blow to the side of Barboza's head.
Rosalia fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Barboza looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Barboza looks gassed!

Rosalia lands a big right hand that sends Barboza crashing to the mat! Rosalia stays standing though and waves Barboza back to his feet!

Barboza is rocked!
Barboza get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Barboza stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Rosalia runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
