Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chris McCarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCarthy comes to the cage accompanied by 3 Doors Down- Going Down In Flames. Kane is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: For Whom the Bell Tolls- Metallica. Lucas Kane is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCarthy tries to clinch but Kane moves away
and Kane counters with a one-two to the body.
Kane defends well against a solid takedown attempt from McCarthy.

It looks like Chris McCarthy has been cut.

A jab from Kane finds it's way through McCarthy's defenses.

McCarthy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kane as he avoids it easily.
McCarthy on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kane. Kane obviously looking to wear him down.
Kane pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Kane slaps away a takedown attempt from McCarthy, before circling back to the center of the mat.

A head kick from McCarthy lands but Kane takes it in his stride.

McCarthy closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Kane's guard.

McCarthy seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kane does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

McCarthy shoots in for a takedown but Kane shows good takedown defense.

and Kane counters with a series of strikes that sends McCarthy to the canvas! Kane follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!

Kane lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in McCarthy - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Kane!
