Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pierre Bienvenueve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doug DeSouza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bienvenueve comes to the cage accompanied by Bahama Mama. Boney M. DeSouza has chosen freedom as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Bienvenueve has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Ivan Kurochkin and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bienvenueve uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from DeSouza.
DeSouza throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bienvenueve sees it coming and avoids it easily.
DeSouza scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
DeSouza ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Bienvenueve throws a lazy uppercut
and DeSouza makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Bienvenueve is breathing heavily.
DeSouza fails to land with a series of punches.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts DeSouza, as that shot connected.
Bienvenueve on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nice uppercut there from DeSouza.
DeSouza throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
DeSouza uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bienvenueve has time to react.
DeSouza lands a slapping body shot.
DeSouza misses with a wild body shot.
Bienvenueve avoids a punch combination nicely.
A jab from DeSouza misses.
Pierre Bienvenueve seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bienvenueve throws an overhand right that lands on DeSouza's shoulder, as DeSouza tries to avoid the shot.
DeSouza jabs Bienvenueve right on the nose. Bienvenueve blinks but takes it well.
DeSouza scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bienvenueve doesn't seem bothered though.
Bienvenueve throws a right and a left that DeSouza avoids nicely.

A swing and a miss from Bienvenueve.
A jab-cross combination lands for DeSouza and sends Bienvenueve crashing to the mat! DeSouza follows him down to the mat - Bienvenueve regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Bienvenueve is rocked!

DeSouza passes to full mount!
Oh Bienvenueve is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
DeSouza tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
DeSouza working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Bienvenueve turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips DeSouza off and cradles Bienvenueve's limp body as DeSouza celebrates with his corner.
