Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mariusz Zakrzewski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josef Dietrich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Josef Dietrich has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 12 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mariusz Zakrzewski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josef Dietrich!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zakrzewski jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Dietrich bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Zakrzewski swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Zakrzewski scores with a hook to the body. Dietrich takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Zakrzewski closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Dietrich quickly recovers to half guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Dietrich has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Zakrzewski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mariusz Zakrzewski will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Dietrich is looking to clinch.

Dietrich throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Zakrzewski escapes and throws Dietrich's legs to the side, diving into side control!

I would just about give that final round to Josef Dietrich.
Well Dietrich has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
