And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pejo Radman!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radman with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Kocherga looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Radman circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kocherga tries to close the distance and clinch but Radman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Radman shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kocherga defends it nicely.

Radman gets tackled into the cage by Kocherga. Kocherga maintains the clinch.

Radman fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Radman gets tackled into the cage by Kocherga. Kocherga maintains the clinch.
Radman jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kocherga walks away with a smile on his face. Radman gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Radman dives in and grabs Kocherga's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kocherga pushes down on Radman's head and hops out.
Kocherga looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Radman is fending him off so far but Kocherga persists. Nope, Radman circles away and we're back to standing.
Kocherga scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Radman dives in and grabs Kocherga's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kocherga pushes down on Radman's head and hops out.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kocherga fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
No joy there for Kocherga, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Radman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kocherga looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Pejo Radman showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Radman misses with a takedown attempt - Kocherga sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Radman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kocherga swats him away and circles back towards the center.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Pejo Radman hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Radman darts in and clinches Kocherga up against the cage.

Well Radman has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
