Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dis Tion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soloman van der Vaart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tion comes to the cage accompanied by The Prodigy 'Omen' . van der Vaart has chosen Nah Mean as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
van der Vaart looks to land a left hand but Tion moved out of range nicely.

van der Vaart darts in and clinches Tion up against the cage.
van der Vaart will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Tion up against the cage.
van der Vaart is looking to control Tion's arms but Tion gets an underhook and turns him. Now van der Vaart has his back to the cage.
Tion lands a nice shot to the body.

Tion keeps the fight in the clinch, despite van der Vaart's efforts to push away.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Tion for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.
Tion seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
van der Vaart struggles to land a body shot inside as Tion controls his hands.

van der Vaart scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Tion doesn't seem bothered though.
van der Vaart swats away the attempt to clinch by Tion.

Tion is looking to wear down van der Vaart with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Donk. van der Vaart catches Tion right on the button with a cross.
Tion takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
van der Vaart ducks under a wild hook from Tion.
Tion tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. van der Vaart manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

The fight stays on the outside here - Tion looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

van der Vaart lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Oh Tion is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
van der Vaart drops Tion with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Tion! van der Vaart dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
