Houssam kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Meek Mill feat Rick Ross - I'm A Boss. The crowd seem to be enjoying Poddubny's choice of entrance music: Champion Of The Champions. Ivan Poddubny is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Houssam moves into range and clinches up with Poddubny.

Poddubny wants the takedown. Houssam is fighting it off but Poddubny persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Houssam's guard against the cage.

Houssam has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Poddubny can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
