Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sid Mission (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Son (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mission comes into the arena with Rodeo Song blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Son uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mission.

Mission's jab looks to have found its range, popping Son under the eye.

Mission shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Son is trying to defend but Mission finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
