Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yonaz Obsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Al Ghul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Obsen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Joddski - Laisa det opp. Damian Al Ghul has the eye of the tiger tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Damian Al Ghul!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Ghul lands a high kick!

Obsen is rocked!

It looks like Yonaz Obsen has been cut.
Obsen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Al Ghul pinned against the cage. Al Ghul gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Oh Obsen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Al Ghul throws a quick inside leg kick.
Obsen seems to have got his legs back now.
A low kick from Obsen is predictable there

and Al Ghul counters with a flying knee that sends his opponent to the canvas! Al Ghul looking to finish!
Obsen looking to hit a scissor sweep but Al Ghul is one step ahead there.
Al Ghul wanted to stand there but Obsen had control of the position.

Al Ghul stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Obsen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Al Ghul wants to get up but he can't break Obsen's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

and Al Ghul counters with a thumping low kick.

Al Ghul thows a body shot but no joy.
Obsen misses with a takedown attempt
and Al Ghul counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Obsen is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Obsen could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

and Al Ghul counters with a nice low kick that buckles Obsen's knee momentarily.

Damian Al Ghul is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Obsen closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Obsen wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Al Ghul, who protects the arm well.
Obsen is breathing heavily.
Al Ghul wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Al Ghul tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Obsen wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Al Ghul pushes Obsen away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Obsen gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Obsen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Al Ghul keeps working.
Obsen tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Al Ghul lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Obsen has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Al Ghul wants to slow Obsen down by chopping away at his legs.
Obsen feints and then cracks Al Ghul's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Al Ghul down.

and Obsen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Al Ghul connects with the punch.
Al Ghul throws a leg kick which misses Obsen's front leg but catches the back leg as Obsen tries to avoid it.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Al Ghul is looking to improve his position but Obsen isn't that keen on the idea.

Al Ghul cracks Obsen with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Al Ghul throws a leg kick but Obsen moved away.
Obsen moves out of range as Al Ghul strikes.

and Al Ghul counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Al Ghul walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Obsen checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Obsen looks for a takedown but Al Ghul sprawls well.
Obsen has his takedown stuffed
and Al Ghul counters with a left to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yonaz Obsen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Al Ghul feints and then cracks Obsen's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Obsen down.
Al Ghul throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Obsen on the side of the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Damian Al Ghul showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's time! Obsen's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Obsen feints and as Al Ghul raises his hands in defense, Obsen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Al Ghul escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Obsen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Al Ghul is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Obsen pulls his head out easily.
Obsen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Al Ghul does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Al Ghul is trying to stand up here but Obsen is controlling him well.

Al Ghul manages to escape and get back to his feet!
A chopping leg kick lands by Al Ghul.
Al Ghul tries to bum rush Obsen with a series of wild strikes but Obsen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Obsen takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Al Ghul lands with a shot to the body.
Al Ghul throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Al Ghul lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Al Ghul digs a good body shot into Obsen's ribs.

and Al Ghul counters with a leg kick.
Damian Al Ghul seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Obsen on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Obsen on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Al Ghul. Al Ghul obviously looking to wear him down.

Damian Al Ghul comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
