Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Truman Tiger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Vasconcelos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lucas Vasconcelos!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiger cracks Vasconcelos with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Vasconcelos shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tiger is trying to defend but Vasconcelos finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Vasconcelos drops an elbow to the side of Tiger's head.
Tiger makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Tiger.
Vasconcelos stopping the sweep attempt from Tiger.

Vasconcelos throws an elbow that misses. Tiger uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Vasconcelos's guard. Nice move by Tiger!
Vasconcelos is wriggling around but Tiger manages to pass to half guard.
Vasconcelos wants to control but Tiger is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Vasconcelos is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Lucas Vasconcelos.
Good exchange - Tiger coming out on top.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Vasconcelos fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tiger avoids it really well and circles away.
Tiger scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Vasconcelos doesn't seem bothered though.
A right-left combo lands from Tiger.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Vasconcelos looks for a takedown but Tiger sprawls well.
Vasconcelos takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Vasconcelos misses with a takedown attempt - Tiger sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Truman Tiger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lucas Vasconcelos.
Tiger connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Vasconcelos is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tiger sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Vasconcelos.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Tiger knocks Vasconcelos out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
