And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Van Damm misses the target.
Trolleybagger throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Trolleybagger gets tackled into the cage by Van Damm. Van Damm maintains the clinch.
Van Damm blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Van Damm working hard to break the clinch.
With the fighters up against the cage, Trolleybagger throws an elbow but misses.
Van Damm connects with a nasty looking knee right to Trolleybagger's face.
Van Damm is trying to force a seperation but Trolleybagger has the dominant position.
Van Damm is trying to push Trolleybagger away but Trolleybagger has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Trolleybagger pushes off an throws an elbow but Van Damm leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Van Damm throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Trolleybagger blocks it with crossed arms.
Van Damm unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Trolleybagger looking to throw knees to the head but Van Damm is blocking nicely.
Van Damm has had enough of the clinch but Trolleybagger keeps him there for the moment.
Van Damm dodges an elbow strike from Trolleybagger.

Van Damm manages to break the clinch.
Van Damm sizes up Trolleybagger with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Van Damm misses with an attempted mid kick.

Trolleybagger clinches up with Van Damm and pushes him back against the cage.
Van Damm is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Van Damm blocks the elbow strike.
Trolleybagger with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Trolleybagger misses with an elbow over the top.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Van Damm wants to get back to striking at distance but Trolleybagger won't allow it.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Van Damm.
Van Damm tries to break free but Trolleybagger pushes him back against the cage.

Van Damm breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Trolleybagger tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Van Damm is able to avoid easily.
Van Damm lands with a slapping head kick.
Van Damm throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Van Damm cracks Trolleybagger with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Trolleybagger is rocked!

Trolleybagger gets tackled into the cage by Van Damm. Van Damm maintains the clinch.
Trolleybagger is still on wobbly legs! Can Van Damm finish him?
Trolleybagger is trying to maintain a safe position but Van Damm gets an underhook and turns Trolleybagger into the cage.
Van Damm controlling the position using the Thai clinch, unloads with a massive knee! Boom! He's out cold and slumps to the floor against the cage! I can't wait to see the slow motion replay of that one!

Jean Claude Van Damm tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
