PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seymour Cake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fei Yue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cake might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Stack Bundles - Far Rock America. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yue shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Cake is looking to control Yue's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Cake avoid being mounted?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Yue decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Cake controls Yue momentarily but Yue frees himself.

Yue has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Cake regains guard immediately.
