PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Susikasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mor Onfollow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mor Onfollow told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Susikasi lands a glancing blow to the side of Onfollow's head.
Susikasi misses with a body shot.
Susikasi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Susikasi lands with a nice body punch.
Seppo Susikasi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Susikasi connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Onfollow's hands.
Susikasi missing with a left hand there. Onfollow was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Onfollow, as that shot connected.

Susikasi gets caught flat footed, as Onfollow shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Susikasi tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Susikasi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Onfollow's guard.
Onfollow looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Susikasi is pushing down on Onfollow's leg trying to pass to half guard. Onfollow is fighting to maintain full guard but Susikasi has managed to sneak the leg through.
Susikasi controlling the pace.
Susikasi sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Onfollow defending well though.
Susikasi working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Onfollow wants to get back to his feet.

Susikasi scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Susikasi connects with a nice short shot to Onfollow's temple.
Onfollow is looking to escape.
Susikasi winds up and cracks Onfollow with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Susikasi looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Susikasi passes the guard and advances to mount!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Susikasi cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Onfollow is controlling an arm, preventing Susikasi from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Susikasi lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Onfollow is rocked!
