The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bullock connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Pynchon's hands.

It looks like Thomas Pynchon has been cut.
Pynchon misses with the combination.
Bullock swings for the body but Pynchon moves out of range.
Pynchon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

and Bullock counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Pynchon takes a swing at Bullock's ribcage but misses.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pynchon shoots in but no luck this time.

Pynchon tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bullock sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pynchon somewhat.

Bullock is rocked!
Pynchon postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Bullock badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Pynchon around the waist but Pynchon pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Pynchon is the winner by TKO! Pynchon jumps onto the ropes and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
