Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between James Assange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Mott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Assange might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Eddie Van Halen - Eruption. John Mott told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Assange is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mott to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mott shrugs it off.

Mott avoids a strike by Assange and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Assange's guard! Fantastic escape!

Mott drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Assange manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Mott has Assange in his guard.

Mott drops his hands for a split second and Assange immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Mott face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Assange follows up with a right hand that knocks Mott into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
