Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Athena Winner!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winner tries to close the distance and clinch but Dog swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Dog stalling in the clinch but Winner improves position.

Dog tries to land a knee to the head but Winner blocks with his arms.
Dog has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Dog could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Winner pressing his opponent against the cage.
Winner continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Athena Winner.

Dog rushes Winner and presses him up against the cage.
The referee calls for Winner to work.
Dog is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Winner is keeping busy.
Dog wants to get back to striking at distance but Winner won't allow it.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Winner takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hot Dog.
Well Dog has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
