Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Alejandro De La Barrera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ping Petunia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Barrera might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Westside Connection - Bow Down . Alejandro De La Barrera had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barrera fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Petunia is defended easily by Barrera.
Petunia shoots in but no luck this time.
Petunia looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Petunia shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Barrera defends it nicely.
Alejandro De La Barrera has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ping Petunia.

Petunia shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Barrera as he avoids it easily.

Barrera throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Petunia on the side of the head.
Petunia fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Barrera avoids it really well and circles away.

Petunia takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Petunia walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Barrera dips to his left and cracks Petunia with an uppercut!

Petunia with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Barrera to score with a decent uppercut.

Barrera drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Petunia right on the button. Petunia goes down! Barrera follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Barrera gets the win via TKO!
