Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Huima Kostaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aedan McKay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McKay has chosen Drowning Pool- Bodies as his entrance music. Huima Kostaja has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kostaja clobbers McKay with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Aedan McKay has been cut.
Kostaja shoots in looking for a takedown. McKay tries to sprawl out of it but Kostaja keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McKay manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Kostaja closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
McKay misses with a short punch on the inside.
McKay lands with a short shot to the head.
Kostaja tries to break the clinch but McKay is controlling the position.
McKay throws a punch but it's blocked by Kostaja.
Kostaja is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but McKay is defending well.
Kostaja tries to pull guard but McKay holds him up against the cage and eventually Kostaja drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Huima Kostaja. That's going to take a lot out of him.

McKay is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Kostaja is defending well for now.

It looks like Huima Kostaja has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kostaja is controlling McKay's posture.
McKay wanted to stand there but Kostaja had control of the position.
Kostaja can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as McKay controls the pace.

Kostaja has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but McKay can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

McKay got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kostaja has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, McKay has managed to get both his arms back between Kostaja's legs - danger averted.
McKay wants to stand and escape but instead Kostaja has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Kostaja drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Kostaja seems to have locked his on tight now - McKay screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Kostaja, as he picks up the win!
