Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean ORiordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conan Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Conan Jones has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Sean ORiordan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Conan Jones!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

ORiordan closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jones quickly recovers to half guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Jones makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jones.
ORiordan distracts Jones with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Jones is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Jones looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
ORiordan is breathing heavily.
Jones trying to mount his opponent but ORiordan defends it.
ORiordan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if ORiordan tries to get out of the position.

Jones is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Jones has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Jones throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Jones lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jones misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
