Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Baltazar Ramos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Thiago Alves !
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramos lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Alves circles away quickly and effectively.
Alves throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ramos throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ramos bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Alves moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Alves throws out a loose jab but Ramos uses good head movement to avoid it.
Ramos throws the left hand but Alves avoids the punch easily.

Ramos shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Alves napping and manages to drive through into side control!

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Alves avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Ramos.

That was a close second round but I would say that Baltazar Ramos will probably get the nod.

I would just about give that final round to Thiago Alves .
