The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nymann Jr needs to keep his hands up - Clark had a free shot at his head there.

Nymann Jr rushes Clark and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Nymann Jr makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Clark has had enough of the clinch but Nymann Jr keeps him there for the moment.
Nymann Jr lands with a left to the head.

Nymann Jr breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Clark is trying desperately to improve position.

Nymann Jr takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Nymann Jr is working for a guillotine from mount but Clark frees his head quite easily.
Clark wants to get back to his feet.
Nymann Jr lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Clark tries to lock up and control but Nymann Jr gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Nymann Jr is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Clark is forced to tap! Great finish!
